BELLRINGER: IT'S CHALLENGE DAY! YAY! Please complete the "Mountain Stream Challenge." This one is a little more difficult than previous challenges. Use your MANIPULATION OF SUBOBJECTS when possible, especially for features like the MOUNTAINS and STREAM.

BELLRINGER: We review some videos regarding our work this semester:

  1. "What is 3DS Max?" Start at 0:35.
  2. Timelapse- The Subway
  3. Animated Film: "Soar."

After watching and discussing the videos, we will answer the questions in the "What is 3DS Max?" Thinking Sheet.

We also discuss the history of video games and PASSION and complete Day [9]'s About Passion Thinking Sheet.

Then, we discuss the coming quarter and how we will be working on 3DS Max for the next few months.

If we have time- WORK DAY: We need to start learning how to use 3DS Max.

  • We review our textbook and processes for this semester in Technology I- 3DS MAX.
  • If we have time- WORK DAY: CHAPTER TWO- Textbook or 3DS MAX IN 24 HOURS: Exploring the Interface. When you have reviewed all of the material in Chapter 2, please complete the Chapter Two Quiz. Quizzes will be put into the gradebook as ASSESSMENTS. On most chapters, you will also have one or more chapter exercises to complete, as well.
