BACKGROUND:

Yearbook staff need to be working on business ad sales to help pay for the publishing of our book. This is a class requirement, mentioned on the first day of class and in the course syllabus.

THE ASSIGNMENT:

Staff will SELL ONE business ad to someone that they personally know, such as a family member, friend or neighbor. This does NOT have to be a local business. You will have two weekends to complete this task. If you can not sell a "FAMILY AD," please see Mr. B. for a local business that you could sell to to make up this assignment.

You can ABSOLUTELY sell more than one ad, if you wish. This would be very helpful, as Madison has agreed to do much of the ad sales for this year and would love some help with this. Here are some of the organizations that have purchased ads from us in the past- listed at this link

DUE DATE: Your business ads are due by WEDNESDAY, September 10TH. Most of the businesses listed at the link above have purchased ads from us year after year, all we need to do is ask. PLEASE NOTE: This list is NOT EXHAUSTIVE! Please hit up anyone that you can think of for business ads, we need as many as possible!

GRADING: Please bring a SALE slip from the business that you sold. This will be worth 50 points.
