The
PROJECT: For
this Final Project, the students will be in charge of completing a Capstone work that demonstrates their acquired skills and techniques in Autodesk software (AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D or Autodesk Inventor) over the course of the semester.
REQUIREMENTS: This is a project that YOU will select based on your level of ability and your interests. This should be a project (or a series of smaller projects) that you can COMPLETE before the end of the semester in either AUTOCAD 2D, AUTOCAD 3D or INVENTOR. These projects could include anything from the following list:
- A fully realized house floor plan in AutoCAD 2d,
- Completion of an AutoCAD 3D model.
- Completion of a series of shorter video tutorials or projects.
- Completion of a more complex online video tutorial using either AutoCAD 3D or Inventor. (Mr. B. can assist with downloading any video tutorials from youtube.com that you might need.)
- You may also choose to simply create your own project, upon teacher approval.
This will be part of our FINAL EXAM GRADE FOR THE SEMESTER, which means that students will need to PRESENT and EXPLAIN their work to the class on the day of the Final Examination.
PROJECT POSSIBILITIES: A basic search of youtube.com yields the following partial list of possible video tutorials for AutoCAD 3D and Inventor. If you might be interested in any of the following, please let Mr. B. know!:
