BACKGROUND: Part
of the requirements of this course is that students become familiar
with critical thinking and review of Media.
EXTRA CREDIT AVAILABLE: If
the student completes all of the following Media Review
Critiques, I will grant HALF of the point value listed below as EXTRA
CREDIT,
but only if the student has completed their "Video ME" and Final Project
Assignments! The
student MUST use proper grammar, sentences and LOGICAL SUPPORTS for
their claims!
THE REVIEWS THAT NEED
TO BE COMPLETED: For each of the following
Media Presentations, please compose a short essay which answers
the following questions:
- "What happened in the Presentation?" Give a short
recap of the work, outline the START, the MIDDLE and the END of the
work. Be specific, give details.
- "What is your opinion of the Presentation?": Did
you like the work? Describe why or why not. Again, you must be specific
in your answers.
Please use complete sentences and proper grammar. Type
up your review in Microsoft Word. You can save all of them in one file
if you wish. Call it "lastname_review.doc"
