THE ASSIGNMENT: This assignment will allow students to research the operations of Congress as outlined in Article I of the Constitution.

THE OUTLINE:  Students must answer all of the questions on the "Outlining the Constitution- Legislative Branch" Form, using the Article 1 of the Constitution, in either the hard copy format or the interactive version from the National Constitution Center.
